HotelsCombined is thrilled to announce the winners of this year’s Recognition of Excellence Awards in the world. The uniqueness of the recognition of excellence awards is that they recognise independent hotels/accommodation only, shining light on boutique hotels, B&Bs and resorts.
Hotel finalists and winners are chosen following detailed analysis by HotelsCombined’s team of data experts following several criteria, including quality and quantity of user reviews, customer rating, the absence of recurring or unresolved issues, social media posts, blogs and forums.
Specifically to date, we found and processed 136 opinions that our guests have posted on a variety of different websites, forums and social media, resulting in an incredible score of 9.9 out of a possible 10.
We are now representing the top 3% of worldwide accommodation and 1% in Italy for Customer Satisfaction. |
