From typical much loved Italian classics to mouth watering mediterranean dishes, you would learn to cook like you have lived in Italy all your life!
Come and discover all the secrets to prepare the typical regional dishes of the Amalfi Coast, using fresh fish and  local vegetables of the season. 

A cooking course with Carmen, is truly an unique experience. The cooking course is held in the cozy kitchen of Palazzo Suriano, between Vietri sul mare and Cetara, a cute town of the Amalfi Coast, with views that stretch to Capri and beyond.

Carmen has a vast experience in traditional southern Italian cuisine.

Traditional dishes will include antipasti, pastas, seasonal vegetable dishes as well as meat dishes. Last but not least are the cakes and marmalades! Each lesson lasts about three hours, during which you’ll have the chance to taste our local wines or, why not, sip a sweet Limoncello.

The recipes will be introduced and prepared by the Chef, who will share with you all his traditional secrets simultaneously translated by a professional interpreter, in order to allow you to reproduce every single step and take your own notes. 
You’ll be surprised to discover at the end of each session you’ll enjoy your dishes all together.
